PrizeCollect - Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions in relation to the use of PrizeCollect.

Accounts

1.    Only one account per person/household/address/e-mail is allowed.
 

2.    All information provided to PrizeCollect needs to be valid and updated promptly if it changes.
 

3.    You may only register, manage and possess one account for yourself. You may not register, manage or possess somebody else’s account, even if you have their permission.
 

4.    You are not allowed to provide any person other than yourself access to your account.
 

5.    Accounts, points and any associated prizes/ rewards can not be transferred.
 

6.    The details you provide to PrizeCollect will only be used to identify you and to deliver any prizes you order.
 

7.    Our advertising partners may use your details differently to us. You must check their privacy policies and what they do with your data as it may differ from site to site.

Referrals

1.    A referral is considered valid if the signup is completed in the same web session as when the link is clicked.

2.    You will only receive points from referrals upon them successfully completing offers.

3.    The validity of referrals may be checked at anytime. Both PrizeCollect and our advertisers constantly monitor for fraud. We reserve the right to close any accounts that are suspected of fraudulent behaviour.

Offers

1.    All offers are run through third-party systems. PrizeCollect will credit your account with the appropriate points once we have received confirmation from the advertiser that the offer was completed successfully.

2.    An offer is only considered complete when you have fulfilled all the requirements of the advertiser’s site. For example, if the advertiser requires that you validate your email address and you fail to do so, the signup is not completed.

3.    Offers that have been completed successfully will show a status of ‘Complete’. This status can be reversed at any time if the offer was completed fraudulently.

4.    PrizeCollect is not responsible or liable if an advertiser rejects and does not pay for an offer completion.

Rewards

1.    Your prize will be supplied when:
- You possess the required amount of points in your account and claim a prize.
- Any funds relating to your reward from advertisers have been received by PrizeCollect prizes valued at US$25 and above. This includes funds from both your referrals and your account.

2.    Prizes cannot be returned, exchanged, traded or redeemed for money.

3.    Any member suspected of fraudulent behaviour, including but not limited to providing false information to both PrizeCollect and our advertisers, may have their prize discarded under the discretion of PrizeCollect management.

General

1.    PrizeCollect is not liable for any loss, damage, harm or costs resulting in the use of this site.

2.    The terms and conditions, as well as account (offer/referral) requirements, may change at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions.

If you are found in breach of any of these terms, or your account is suspected of fraud, PrizeCollect reserves the right to cancel your account. If your account is cancelled, all points/ prizes owed will be disqualified and we will not be liable for compensation of any kind.
