How can I get a free prize?
Firstly, sign up to PrizeCollect. Then complete free offers and refer your friends to earn points. To redeem a prize, visit the Prizes page and select a prize of your choice.

How do referrals work?
For members to be registered as your referrals, they need to sign up using your referral link. Once they have signed up, every point they earn from completing offers you receive one too! Banners are also available for your use to help you get referrals.

What happens once I complete all my offers?
New offers are added once they become available to us. There is no timeframe for this process. To continue earning points while you have no more offers, we recommend making use of our referral system.

How many prizes can I claim?
You can order as many prizes as you like.

How long does it take to get a prize?
Most offers can be completed in a few minutes and the prize claiming process takes even less time.
